PecuIQ Pro

The paid layer for people serious about the number.

Pro is where PecuIQ becomes more than a tracker: Wealth Levels, plain-English insights, export tools, and deeper progress tracking. The Founder Beta is the paid path while Pro is being shaped.

PecuIQ Pro is the paid layer of PecuIQ, the part that sits on top of the free net worth tracker. Free answers one question well: what am I worth today? Pro is being built to answer the next three: what changed, what does the shape of my wealth look like, and what should I look at again next month? In practice that means three things. Wealth Levels, five illustrative milestones from Foundation to Legacy, so the number has a ladder rather than sitting in isolation. Plain-English insights, which describe what your own entries show about trend, concentration, accessible cash and debt, without recommending anything. And better export, import checking and reporting, so you can trust the data you put in. Pro is still being shaped and does not have final pricing. The current paid route is the £29 Founder Beta, which unlocks beta Pro features while the beta runs.

Inside Pro

Three things, done properly

Pro is not a longer feature list. It is the same net worth number with enough context around it to be worth opening on a Sunday morning.

Plain-English insights

Observational summaries of what your own entries show. Which way the trend is pointing. How much of your wealth sits in one asset. How much of it is actually accessible rather than locked into property or a pension. What you owe set against what you own. And where the data itself has gone stale, because a tracker that quietly reports a two-year-old valuation is worse than no tracker. It describes. It never recommends.

Export and review tools

Cleaner exports of your holdings and your history, stronger checks when you import a spreadsheet, and clearer review at the point of entry so the numbers you rely on are the numbers you meant to type. The principle is simple: if you are going to trust a figure, you should be able to see where it came from, correct it in one place, and take the whole lot with you whenever you want.

Pecuiq Wealth Levels

A ladder worth climbing

Five stages, described in plain terms rather than fixed pound thresholds, because what counts as security depends on what your life costs.

1. Foundation

The first base. Expensive debt under control, a small buffer in place, and the habit of knowing your number rather than guessing at it.

2. Security

A real cushion. Enough set aside that an unexpected month is an inconvenience rather than a crisis, and enough breathing room to make decisions slowly.

3. Independence

Work starts to look optional in principle. Your assets are carrying enough of the weight that earned income becomes one input rather than the only thing holding the picture up.

4. Freedom

Life on your terms. What you do, where you do it and who you do it with stop being decided mainly by what they pay.

5. Legacy

Beyond yourself. The picture is no longer only about your own lifetime, and the questions change accordingly.

Wealth Levels are illustrative milestones for tracking progress, not thresholds, targets, guarantees or advice. PecuIQ calculates them only from the figures you enter.

Why Pro exists

Free tracks the number. Pro makes it useful.

The free app answers "what am I worth?" Pro answers "what changed, what matters, and what should I look at next?" It stays observational and avoids financial advice.

  • Uses only the figures the user enters
  • No product recommendations
  • No investment, tax, or regulated advice
  • Built around UK wealth tracking habits

What Pro will not do

Financial software earns trust by being clear about its edges. These are Pro's, stated up front rather than buried in the terms.

No financial advice

Pro observes and describes. It does not tell you what to buy, sell, hold or move, it does not rate products, and it is not regulated advice. If you want a recommendation about your own situation, that is a job for a qualified, independent adviser.

No predictions

Insights read what has already happened in the figures you entered. Pro does not forecast investment returns, project a retirement date, or promise you a number by a given year. Wealth Levels mark distance travelled, not distance guaranteed.

No bank connections

Paying does not change the manual model. There are still no bank logins and no open banking on either tier. You enter the values, PecuIQ does the arithmetic, and no banking credentials ever change hands.

Where Pro is up to

Being shaped, not shipped and forgotten

Pro is not finished, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. The free tier is live and does the core job today: assets, liabilities, net worth, the trend chart and spreadsheet import, on desktop and mobile web. Beta Pro features are unlocked for Founder Beta members while the founder beta runs, which is how the Pro layer gets tested against real portfolios rather than demo data.

Long-term Pro pricing is deliberately unset. Monthly and annual plans should be decided after the £29 founder test shows whether people will pay for this layer, not before, and the founder payment link only goes live once Stripe is connected and tested. Native iOS and Android apps come after that, not instead of it. If the paid signal is not there, the honest response is to fix the offer rather than add more features on top of it.

Pro questions

The four people ask first

Is PecuIQ Pro available yet?

Not as a standalone plan. The free tier is live now, and beta Pro features are unlocked for Founder Beta members while the founder beta runs. A separate Pro subscription follows once the paid test is complete.

How much does PecuIQ Pro cost?

Long-term Pro pricing has not been set. The only paid option today is the £29 one-off Founder Beta, which includes beta access to Pro features while the beta is live and does not renew.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free tracks the number: assets, liabilities, net worth, the trend chart and spreadsheet import. Pro adds interpretation on top: Wealth Levels, plain-English insights drawn from your own entries, and stronger export and review tools.

Do Pro insights count as financial advice?

No. Insights are observational summaries of the figures you have entered. PecuIQ does not recommend products, investments or actions, and it is not a regulated financial adviser.

Monthly and annual Pro pricing should wait until the £29 Founder Beta proves people will pay for the Pro layer.
