FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Direct answers about how PecuIQ works, what it costs, and how your data is handled.

What is PecuIQ?

PecuIQ is a UK-native net worth tracker. You add your assets and liabilities by hand, and it shows your net worth as one current number, charts the trend as you keep it updated, and tracks your progress through illustrative wealth milestones. On the assets side that means property, cash and savings, ISAs and GIAs, pensions, investments, crypto and vehicles. On the liabilities side it means a mortgage, loans, credit cards and car finance. There are no bank logins and no open-banking connection, because entry is manual by design, and your figures are stored in a private account that syncs across your devices. The positioning is your financial OS, starting with your net worth, and the net worth tracker is the first chapter of that. PecuIQ runs in any modern browser today and can be installed to your home screen, with native iOS and Android apps planned for 2026.

Is PecuIQ free?

Yes. PecuIQ is free to start. The current paid test is the £29 Founder Beta, which gives early Pro access while the founder beta is live.

Does PecuIQ connect to my bank?

No. PecuIQ uses manual entry by design. There are no bank logins and no open-banking connection. You enter the values yourself, which keeps your credentials and accounts private.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in your private PecuIQ account and synced across your devices. No bank login is required, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

Can I use PecuIQ on more than one device, and does it sync?

Yes. PecuIQ syncs your data across your devices through your private account. Sign in on any supported browser and your figures are there. Your data is also cached on each device for speed and offline use. Changes sync back to your account when you are online.

Is PecuIQ available on iPhone and Android?

PecuIQ runs on the web today and can be installed to your home screen. Native iOS and Android apps are coming in 2026, with one plan that unlocks all three platforms.

Is PecuIQ financial advice?

No. PecuIQ is a tracking tool, not a financial adviser. It shows only the figures you enter and never gives financial, investment, or tax advice. Any insights are observational, and Wealth Levels are illustrative milestones, not targets or guarantees.

What can I track in PecuIQ?

On the assets side you can track property, savings, ISAs and GIAs, pensions, investments, crypto, vehicles and more. On the liabilities side you can track a mortgage, loans, credit cards and car finance. Net worth is your total assets minus your total liabilities.

What are Pecuiq Wealth Levels?

Wealth Levels are five milestones, from Foundation to Legacy, that mark the path from a financial foundation to lasting freedom. PecuIQ shows how far you are from each level as your net worth grows. They are an illustrative framework, not financial advice, and are part of the Pro plan.

How is PecuIQ different from other net worth apps?

Most leading net worth apps are US-first and depend on bank connections. PecuIQ is UK-native by construction, works without bank logins, stores your data in a private account that syncs across your devices, and is built to be fast to update. It is designed for people who want a clean, honest picture without handing over their banking credentials.

Can I import my accounts from a spreadsheet?

Yes. PecuIQ has a CSV bulk import. Download the template, fill it in using Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, then upload or paste the rows. A preview shows the counts and any skipped rows before anything commits, and it appends to your holdings rather than silently replacing them.

Who is PecuIQ for?

PecuIQ is for ambitious people in the UK who are actively building wealth but are not financial professionals. They understand the basics and want a clean, honest picture of where they stand and a clear signal of their progress.
